Management staff of Schmidt Electronics Group Hong Kong office have participated in a one-day workshop of Intellectual Capital Management (ICM) organized by Intellectual Property Department of Hong Kong SAR Government on the 6 August. The introductory workshop aims at helping enterprises to identify and evaluate their intellectual assets, and make plans to utilize them in a well-organized manner. ICM is a set of management tools, which allows enterprises to tap into reservoirs of knowledge and expertise where they already possess but have not yet exploited them effectively.
